Welcome to the
EzekielWatch blog, where some of the spiritual and religious aspects of the
global conflict involving Israel, Islam and the rest of the Middle East
are monitored and examined from a biblical worldview. This is more of a "serious" blog rather than a personal one (since Townhall is a more "serious/issue" site).
I have been studying the Bible
with a special interest in biblical prophecy since 1997, and have come
to believe that many of the events that are happening in the Middle East are leading up to the scenario described in Ezekiel 38-39. While I do not believe this in itself is "Armageddon" (at least from my studies), it will eventually lead up to that. It's my contention that God is allowing radical Islam to reach it's climax in order to reveal Himself to His people Israel and deliver them in a similar fashion as He did numerous times earlier in their history.
I previously had a couple of blog postings, but found they were more like "articles" than "blogs" - much too long (and serious) and to be honest: boooorrrring. I'm not much into debating theology/prophecy (at least at this time), so I probably won't reply to many flaming/critical comments), mainly because I just don't have the time nor the energy at this point. There are many others that have similar views as mine on the web, and they present the arguments much better than I can.
